Tactile Pattern Perception. Stimuli will be presented to your fingers, palm, or forearm. These stimuli may be as simple as vibration, gratings, or textures or as complex as letter shapes. Visual stimuli may be presented as well. You will be asked to describe these stimuli, for example: identifying a letter, responding with the stimulus order, or responding whether a groove or gap was present or not.. Experiments may consist of multiple sessions (as few as 2 or as many as 12). Responses are collected either by an experimenter or via computer.
