Some tips for printing/seeing these notes: 1) you may have better luck printing out the PDF files on a computer running Windows, 2) I made the original powerpoint slides on a Macintosh, so the powerpoint slides may be better viewed on a Mac, and 3) the files are rather large so give them a bit of time to download.
